The Premium Institute of Dallas - A Bartending School With a Touch of Class!

Our Dallas and Fort Worth Bartending Schools were founded by David and Rikki Phillips. Our background includes 20 years in the Bartending and Education Industry.

We combined our knowledge of Bartending with our ability to educate people, and opened our Dallas Bartending School. Since then, we opened our second location in Fort Worth. We have graduates of our Dallas Bartending School working all over the Dallas Metroplex.

in 2009, we opened our new Fort Worth Bartending School to better serve our customers in Fort Worth.

WE ASKED WHAT BARTENDING STUDENTS WANTED

With that in mind, we built our schools to simulate a real bar. During class, we set the mood to make you feel you are walking into a club on a Saturday Night. This includes, great music, disco balls, strobe lights, and more. Since you will be working in chaos, you will need to learn in that environment too. We added the Externship Program to help get students in front of a real bar BEFORE they graduate.

We created a professional development class to help students learn how to interview for Bartending Jobs and ensure they have a resume for Bartending positions. We’ve equipped the school with computers to help students prepare their resumes as well as research companies on the Internet.
