Welcome to The Premium Institute of Bartending, Dallas.  Our Bartending School was founded in 2007 and serves the greater DFW Metroplex.  This includes, Dallas, Addison, Lewisville, Plano, Irving, Carrollton, Arlington, Garland, Mesquite, Denton, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and more.

The Premium Institute of Bartending School is the ONLY Bartending School in DFW that puts EVERY student behind a REAL bar BEFORE you even graduate.  Our students are required to complete a minimum of two hours behind a real bar working with the head bartender.  This allows you to make real drinks for real customers.  It also builds your confidence and allows us to add some bartending experience to your resume.

We also see many of our students get hired at their Externship site.  This is scheduled by the Externship Coordinator and takes place midway through the course. With more than 2000 graduates, we have been able to establish relationships with numerous Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, Clubs, Pubs, and more.  This has assisted our Job Placement Director in placing thousands of graduates in Bartending jobs throughout the country.
Our 34-hour, comprehensive   Bartending Course was developed with the input of the area’s top Bar and Restaurant owners.

• Building your Speed behind a bar
• Learning to accurately free pour liquor from ¼ oz to 3 oz’s and every quarter ounce in between
• Cocktail Presentation, which includes learning different drink preparation techniques, garnishes, glassware, Liquor and Beer knowledge, and the art of Mixology.
• Getting experience behind a real bar

You will learn the latest recipes, but more importantly, you will be able to learn to be confident and proficient behind any bar.
Nationwide Job Placement Assistance is available to all graduates, and we have had an extremely high percentage of our graduates gaining employment as Bartenders immediately upon graduation.
Each student will receive a personalize Bartending resume upon graduation as well as lifetime access to our graduate lead database, and full use of our Bartending facility for extra practice, if needed.
Our school is built like a real bar.  You will learn using "State of the Art" Bar Equipment as well as being in an environment where you spend 90% of your time behind the bar making drinks.
